Cleaned up data by fixing layers attributes, closing polygons, and aligning ROWs to parcels. Projected to the NAD 83 Datum. AutoCAD 1998 GIS Coordinator City of Dublin Tim Eisler Right of Way (ROW) polygons created from parcel boundaries. All empty spaces between parcel within the City limits were converted to a polygon in the ROW layer. Orthoimagery provided a quality assurance backdrop. The ROW polygons were then segmented into individual streets and attributed with the street name and ID numbers corresponding to the City's MTC based pavement management system. Additional attributes were added to code for street responsibility and street type. ESRI ArcGIS 8.3 Janurary 2003 Converted ROW layer to ESRI GeoDatabase version 9. Parcel boundaries were projected to the NAD 83 Datum and overlayed onto 1:1200 scale aerial orthophotography flown in 1995 for accuracy verification. Updates to the parcels have been made using metes and bounds descriptions, or from extraction from Alameda County assessor maps. 480 ROW polygons in the rapidly growing portion of Dublin east of Dougherty Road were constructed by extracting features from polylines from CAD files submitted by contractors in "as built" form. The Right of Way boundary depictions were created from the City's parcel layer and are accurate to plus or minus 3 feet
